Recipe for cooking Coconut Pie

CoconutPieFrom the kitchen of Peggy Mc. - Calhoun, Louisiana 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, melted 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs, beaten 1 1/4 c. coconut 1 Tbsp. white vinegar 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring Combine all ingredients. Pour into unbaked 9-in. pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
