Cream Cheese Christmas Tarts1/2 c. (1 stick) butter 3 oz. cream cheese 1 c. all-purpose flour Let cheese and butter soften at room temperature. Mix in flour to get a consistency of pie dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Press into muffin tins, making sm. tarts. Prick with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees F until done. Fill with any flavor pie filling. Top with a dollop of whipped cream for serving, if desired.
