Cream Cheese Fudge4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate 8 oz. cream cheese 4 c. powdered’ sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1/2 to 2 c. pecans or walnuts, or however many you prefer Melt chocolate in microwave, then cool to room temperature. With cream cheese at room temperature, mix cream cheese with chocolate. Add powdered’ sugar and vanilla extract or flavoring. Pat into an 8- or 9-in. pan.
