Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge3 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter or butter replacement 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 (10 ounce) pkg. peanut butter chips 1 (7 ounce) jar Marshmallow Crème 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring Combine first 3 ingredients in a lrg., heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over med.-high heat, stirring constantly. Cover and cook 3 mins. without stirring; uncover and boil 5 mins. without stirring. Remove from heat; add peanut butter chips, stirring until morsels melt. Stir in Marshmallow Crème and vanilla extract or flavoring. Pour into a buttered 13 x 9-in. pan. Place in freezer for 10 mins. or let cool at room temperature. Makes approximately 3 lb..
