Florida Key Lime Pie

1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. lime juice

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into an 8- or 9-in. prepared graham cracker pie crust. Serve ice cold, but not frozen.
