Freezer Pie Dough5 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda Cut shortening into flour mixed with salt. In measuring c., break egg; add vinegar and fill c. to top with cold water. Hold c. over bowl with flour mixture. Add the baking soda; stir and mix, then pour into flour. Mix with fork. Divide into 6 patties. Put into freezer bags and freeze.
