Recipe for cooking fresh coconut pie

French Coconut Pie1 c. melted butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs, beaten 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can flaked coconut 1 Tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1 (9-in.) unbaked pie shell Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
