Frozen Lemon Cheesecake Ice Cream

1 c. whole milk
2 Tbsp. or more fresh lemon juice
2/3 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed

In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Freeze.
