Recipe for cooking fruit-topped almond cream

Fruit-Topped Almond Cream1 sm. box instant French vanilla pudding mix 2 1/2 c. cold milk 1 c. whipping cream 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. almond extract or flavoring 3 c. assorted fruit (strawberries, grapes, raspberries, mandarin oranges, blueberries) In a lrg. mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat on low speed for 2 mins.; set aside. In a sm. mixing bowl, beat cream and extract or flavoring until stiff peaks form. Fold into pudding. Spoon into a shallow 2-qt. serving dish. Chill. Top with fruit just before serving. Makes approximately 8 servings.
