Graham Cracker CakeSource: This is the official Honey Maid 75th Anniversary Recipe. 20 squares graham crackers 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. butter or butter replacement, softened 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 3/4 c. milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder and salt in sm. bowl; set aside. Beat butter or butter replacement and sugar in lrg. bowl with electric mixer at high speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Divide batter into two well-greased 8-in. round cake pans. Bake for 25 mins. or until done. Cool in pans 15 mins.. Remove from pans, cool completely and frost with desired filling.
