Recipe for cooking hummingbird cake

Hummingbird Cake3 c. all-purpose flour 1 Tbsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained 2 c. mashed bananas 1 c. ground pecans 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring DO NOT DRAIN PINEAPPLE. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Add all other ingredients. Stir until mixed well. Divide into 3 greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 mins.. Cream Cheese Icing 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. (2 sticks) butter 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1 box powdered\sugar Cream cheese and butter together. Add vanilla extract or flavoring and sugar.
