Recipe for cooking lime daiquiri sorbet

Lime Daiquiri SorbetMakes approximately 1 qt.. 2 1/2 c. fresh lime juice (10 to 12 lrg. limes)
Grated zest of 3 limes
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. rum
1/2 c. water Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade. Freeze in an ice cream maker, following manufacturer\s instructions.
