Loco Coconut Pie1/4 c. sugar 2 lrg. eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. milk 8 1/2 oz. cream of coconut 1/2 c. coconut flakes 1 graham cracker crumb pie crust Combine first 5 ingredients; stir in coconut. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 55 mins.. Yield: 10 servings.
