Recipe for cooking luscious lime pie

Luscious Lime Pie2 1/2 c. Quaker 100% Natural Cereal 2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/4 c. butter or butter replacement 1 env. unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 c. bottled or fresh lime juice 10 drops green food coloring 4 drops yellow food coloring 1 c. heavy cream, whipped For crust, place cereal in a lrg. greased bowl. Melt together marshmallows and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Pour over cereal. Mix well. With greased hands, press mixture evenly onto bottom and sides of a greased 9-in. pie plate; chill. For filling, soften gelatin in cold water, stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine dissolved gelatin, condensed milk, lime juice and food colorings. Chill until mixture is slightly thickened. Fold whipped cream into gelatin mixture. Chill until mixture mounds. Spoon into chilled crust. Chill until set.
