Macadamia Nut PiePosted by Marla at recipegoldmine.com 10/28/2001 9:06 am 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. heavy cream, whipped 1 c. chopped macadamia nuts, plus additional for garnish (optional) 9-in. graham cracker crust Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; fold in whipped cream, then 1 c. macadamia nuts. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with additional nuts, if desired.
