Recipe for cooking marbled strawberry and cream pie

Marbled Strawberry and Cream Pie\n 1 (9-in.) ready-made graham cracker crust \n1 env. unflavored gelatin \n1/4 c. cold water \n1/2 c. sugar \n3/4 c. boiling water \n1 (10 ounce) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries in syrup \n2 Tbsp. Watkins Strawberry-Kiwi Beverage Concentrate \n1/2 c. whipping cream \n1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened \n1/3 c. powdered sugar \n1 1/2 tsp. Watkins Vanilla Extract or flavoring \n In a lrg. bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 5 mins. to soften. Add sugar and boiling water; stir until sugar and gelatin are dissolved. Stir in strawberries and beverage concentrate. Stir until strawberries are separated and partially defrosted. Chill until partially set. \n When gelatin is ready, whip cream until soft peaks form. With same beaters, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract or flavoring in a sm. bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Alternately spoon mounds of cream cheese mixture and gelatin mixture into pie crust. Run a knife or spatula through mixture to get marbled effect. Chill 3 to 4 hours or until set. \n Makes approximately 10 servings.
