Microwave Truffles

2 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. brandy, extract or flavoring
1/2 tsp. rum extract or flavoring
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring

Coatings
Cocoa powder
Coconut
Finely chopped pecans

Put chocolate chips, butter and sour cream in microwave safe bowl. Heat on high 2 mins., stir thoroughly and heat 1 min. longer. Stir again. Divide mixture into 3 portions. Add 1 flavor extract or flavoring to each portion and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls and roll in coating of your choice. Store in airtight container.
