Recipe for cooking mocha rum balls

Mocha Rum Balls1/4 c. freeze dried instant coffee 1/4 c. rum 4 Tbsp. water 2 Tbsp. cocoa 2 c. vanilla wafers, finely chopped 1 c. chopped nuts, your choice 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup 1 c. powdered\sugar Dash of salt In a bowl, dissolve coffee in rum and water. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll into small balls. Store in tightly covered container for 2 days. Before serving, roll in confectioners\sugar. sugar.
