Moist Chocolate Cake1 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. sugar 1 c. hot water 1/2 c. cocoa powder 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 egg 1/4 c. butter or butter replacement, melted Powdered’ sugar In a mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add egg and butter; mix well. Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 mins. or until cake tests done. Cool. Dust with powdered\sugar. Makes approximately 9 servings.
