Never Fail Pie Crust3 c. sifted flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. shortening 1 egg 1 tsp. vinegar 1/2 c. ice cold water Cut shortening into flour and salt until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Make into 3 balls. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Makes approximately 3 crusts.
