No Bake Pumpkin Cream PiePosted by JBic at recipegoldmine.com 9/28/2001 4:15 pm 1 1/2 c. powdered\sugar 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 4 Tbsp. butter, softened 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1/2 tea. cinnamon 1/4 tea. nutmeg 1/8 tea. ginger 1/8 tea. cloves 16 oz. canned pumpkin 9-inch graham cracker pie crust 1 c. heavy cream, whipped (optional) Beat sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract or flavoring and spices until light and fluffy. Add pumpkin. Mix until blended. Spoon into pie crust. Chill at least 6 hours. Garnish each slice with whipped cream, if desired.
