Non-Dairy Ice Cream

This is an interesting twist on ice cream.

1 (1.7 ounce) pkg. instant pudding mix
3 c. non-dairy whip cream
2 c. fat free non-dairy creamer (dry)
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring

Combine ingredients into a lrg. bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Pour into plastic container and freeze 2 to 3 hours before serving.
