Recipe for cooking nutella bundt cake

White Chocolate and Nutella Bread Pudding

\n

1/2 loaf brioche, cut into 1/2-in. cubes
\n1 c. milk
\n1 c. heavy cream
\n1 vanilla bean, scraped
\n6 oz. white chocolate
\n3 oz. Nutella
\n4 egg yolks
\n2 oz. sugar

\n

Nutella Sauce
\n4 oz. heavy cream
\n4 oz. Nutella

\n

Place brioche in a 9-in. square pan (or lrg.r if needed)

\n

Heat milk, cream and vanilla bean. Temper hot liquids into the eggs yolks and \nsugar.

\n

Whisk in white chocolate and Nutella until melted. Pour over brioche.

\n

Bake at 325 degrees F for 12 mins..

\n

For the Nutella sauce, heat cream and whisk in Nutella until well blended. \nPour sauce over baked pudding to serve.
