Nutella Santa Snack16 gingersnap cookies (store-bought or homemade,
approximately 2 in.es in diameter)
1/2 c. Nutella
2 pieces crystallized ginger, coarsely chopped Spread 8 gingersnap cookies with 1 Tbsp. Nutella each and top with a sprinkling of ginger. Top with remaining cookies to form sandwich. Makes approximately 8.
