Nutty Buddy on a Stick

Serves: 4

Nutty Buddy
1/2 c. peanuts, chopped and roasted
1/2 c. fudge topping
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened

Fudge Topping
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. Marshmallow Creme

Nutty Buddy: Put 1 Tbsp. peanuts in bottom of a 5 ounce paper c.. Pour 1 Tbsp. fudge topping over peanuts. Spoon in 1/4 c. of ice cream. Insert a wooden stick in center and freeze.

Fudge Topping: Melt chocolate chips in sm. saucepan over very low heat. When chocolate is melted, stir in milk, peanut butter and Marshmallow Creme.
