Recipe for cooking peach-pecan ice cream

Peach-Pecan Ice Cream6 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 can evaporated milk 4 c. half-and-half 1 lrg. can peaches, partially drained 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1 c. pecans, chopped Beat together eggs and sugar. Add milk and half-and-half. Fold in peaches, vanilla extract or flavoring and pecans. Freeze in six-qt. ice cream freezer. NOTE: You may add another can of peaches if you wish.
