Recipe for cooking peach trifle

Peach TriflePosted by Chyrel at recipegoldmine.com 4/27/02 6:16:12 pm 4 c. fresh sliced peaches 2 (3 ounce) pkg. peach gelatin 1 (10 3/4 ounce) frozen Pound Cake, cubed 2 (3 ounce) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 4 c. milk 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, defrosted Sprinkle dry peach gelatin over sliced peaches. Mix and pour into a clear glass bowl or compote. Place cubed Pound Cake over peaches. Mix instant pudding mix with milk, beat, and pour over cake before it thickens completely. Top with whipped topping and refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with peach slices and mint sprigs if desired.
