Peanut Butter Apple Fudge1 (6 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips 1/2 jar marshmallow crème 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 2 c. sugar 2/3 c. apple cider Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. Cook the sugar and cider over moderate heat to soft ball stage (240°F). Remove from heat and quickly add chocolate mixture. Stir until blended. Pour into a 9-in. buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares.
