Peanut Butter Pie5 heaping Tbsp. creamy peanut butter 12 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature) 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1 1/2 c. powdered\sugar 1 regular size container frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 greased chocolate graham cracker pie crust Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer. Put into pie crust. Cool in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Garnish with shaved dark chocolate.
