Peanut Butter Velveeta Fudge1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or butter replacement
1 lb. powdered\sugar
1 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring Melt in glass bowl in microwave approximately 3 min.. Stir until smooth. Cool. Add 1 lb. confectioners\sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix well.
