Peanut Pudding Drops

1 (3 ounce) box regular chocolate pudding
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. unsalted peanuts

Combine all ingredients except peanuts in a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil. Lower heat and boil for 3 mins., stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add peanuts. Beat candy with a wooden spoon until it starts to thicken. Drop by Tbsp. onto wax paper.
