Pecan Dandies Knox Blox

7 env. Knox® unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 c. apple juice, at boiling point
1 c. whipping or heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
1 c. finely chopped pecans*
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

* Or you can substitute walnuts.

In a lrg. bowl, mix Knox® unflavored gelatin with sugar. Add hot juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cream, vanilla extract or flavoring, pecans and cinnamon. Pour into a 13 x 9-in. baking pan and chill until firm.

To serve, cut into 1-in. squares.
