Pinon Brittle1 c. piƱon nuts 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. sugar Melt sugar over low heat stirring constantly until it becomes thin syrup. Mix in shelled nuts and pour a thin sheet into a lrg. buttered baking sheet. When candy is cold and hard, break into pieces.
