Recipe for cooking Plum Clafouti

Plum Clafouti
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. half-and-half
1 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Dash of salt
2 c. sliced, pitted Asian plums (6 plums)
1/4 c. minced crystallized ginger
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Whisk together eggs, yolk, sugar, half-and-half and brandy. Stir in flour and salt.
Scatter plums and ginger in bottom of 8-in. round pan. Pour on egg mixture.
Bake until clafouti is puffed and firm, about 40 mins.. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with powdered\sugar. Set aside 10 min..
Cut in half and serve warm.
Makes approximately 2 servings.
