Recipe for cooking pumpkin custard

Pumpkin Custard1 c. cooked pumpkin 1 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 Tbsp. browned butter 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 eggs, separated Combine all ingredients except egg whites and mix well. Beat egg whites until soft peaks and fold into pumpkin mixture. Spoon into greased baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 mins. or until knife comes out clean.
