Recipe for cooking raspberry balls

Raspberry Balls5 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs 1 c. finely chopped pecans 1 c. raspberry preserves 6 oz. chocolate chips 2 Tbsp. dark rum 1 c. sifted powdered\sugar Combine crumbs, pecans, preServes approximately, chocolate chips and rum in a large bowl, stirring well. Shape mixture into 1 1/4-inch balls. Roll balls in confectioners\sugar. To store, refrigerate in a tightly-covered container up to 1 week. Makes 60. sugar.
