Recipe for cooking raspberry cobbler

Raspberry Cobbler

1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. plus 3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
2 c. fresh raspberries
Biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 2-qt. baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix cinnamon and 2 tsp. sugar in sm. bowl.

Mix 3/4 c. sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Gradually stir in boiling water. Bring to a boil; add berries. Pour into prepared dish. Drop dough over berry mixture, 1/8 c. for each biscuit, for a total of 12. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.

Bake for 40 mins. or until biscuits are browned.

Biscuits
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. skim milk

Mix flour and baking powder in sm. bowl.

In another bowl, mix oil and milk. Add to flour mixture; stir until ball forms.
