Recipe for cooking Vanilla Peanut Butter Fudge

Vanilla Peanut Butter Fudge1 2/3 c. sugar 2/3 c. evaporated milk 2 c. fruit flavored miniature marshmallows 3/4 c. peanut butter 12 oz. vanilla milk chips 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring In a lrg. heavy saucepan place the sugar and evaporated milk. Cook on med. heat till it comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Keep cooking and stirring for about 5 mins. while at a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add the marshmallows and stir. Add the peanut butter and stir. Add the milk chips and stir. Add the vanilla and stir. Make sure the mixture is smooth. Place in a buttered 8-in. square pan and spread it smooth. Cool and cut into squares. NOTE: You may add nuts when you put in the vanilla extract or flavoring.
