Recipe for cooking walnut bourbon balls

Walnut Bourbon Balls2 1/2 c. (5 dozen) crushed vanilla wafers
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 c. powdered\sugar
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 c. bourbon Mix well the crumbs, cocoa, sugar and nuts. Add corn syrup and bourbon. Form into 1-inch diameter balls. Roll each in sifted confectioners\sugar. Makes about 3 dozen.
