Whipping Cream Pound Cake3 c. sugar 1 c. butter (no substitute) 6 eggs 3 c. cake flour 1/2 pt. heavy cream 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1 tsp. butter extract or flavoring Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. In lrg. bowl cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and flour alternately, mixing well. Add cream and flavorings. Beat at low speed of electric mixer until smooth. Pour into pan. Put in cold oven. Bake 1 hour and 25 mins. at 325 degrees F.
