Recipe for cooking white chocolate cranberry bark

White Chocolate Cranberry Bark1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips 1/2 c. blanched whole almonds, toasted 1/2 c. sweetened dried cranberries Line baking sheet with foil. In sm. saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in almonds and cranberries, Pour onto foil lined baking sheets, spread to 1/4 in. thickness. Refrigerate 30 mins. or until firm. Break bark into pieces. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
