Recipe for cooking white-chocolate haystacks

White-Chocolate Haystacks10 oz. vanilla milk chips 1 c. almonds, (skins on) toasted 1/2 c. candied red or green cherries, qt.ered 1/2 c. golden raisins 1/2 c. sweetened flaked coconut Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Stir vanilla chips in a 2-qt. saucepan over very low heat until smooth. (Or microwave on MED. 2 1/2 mins. or until soft, then stir until smooth.) Remove from heat and stir in almonds, cherries and raisins. Drop Tbsp.ful onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate until hard. Store airtight.
