Yogurt Pastry2/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. salt 3 Tbsp. shortening 3 Tbsp. plain yogurt Stir flour and salt together; cut in shortening until pieces are the size of sm. peas. Add yogurt. Gently stir with a fork until all the mixture is moistened. Form into a ball. Flatten dough on lightly floured surface. Roll 1/8-in. thick. Fit pastry into 8-in. pie plate. Flute edges.
