Apple Juice Syrup1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. apple juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in a saucepan. Stir in apple juice and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil for one min.. Blend in butter. Serve warm over apple pancakes. Top with sour cream.
