Lemonade SyrupKeep this syrup on hand all summer for a quick cold drink. 2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind 2 c. fresh lemon juice 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. water Mix together rind, juice and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the water, cover tightly and keep in the refrigerator. To serve, put 1/2 c. syrup in a lrg. glass with ice, then fill with water.
