Recipe for cooking cinnamon schnapps apple cake

Cinnamon Schnapps Apple Cake
3 apples, peeled and sliced
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. cinnamon schnapps
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sour cream
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Mix together the apples, cinnamon and cinnamon schnapps; set aside.
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat 2 mins.. Add remaining ingredients except apples and nuts. Beat well. Drain liquid from apples and add to batter. Mix well. Add apples and nuts. Bake for 1 hour. Cool for 20 to 30 mins. before glazing.
Glaze
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. cinnamon schnapps
Nuts, chopped (garnish)
Bring butter, sugar and water to a boil for 2 to 3 mins.. Stir in schnapps; pour over cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
