Recipe for cooking amaretto coffee creamer

Amaretto Coffee Creamer3/4 c. non-dairy coffee creamer
1 tsp. almond extract or flavoring
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. powdered\sugar Mix all ingredients in an attractive container with a tight fitting lid. Shake well to blend. Store in airtight container and give creamer with the recipe for Amaretto Coffee. Makes approximately 12 servings. To make Amaretto Coffee: In a mug, combine 2 Tbsp. of creamer with 6 oz. of coffee.
