Recipe for cooking caribbean tea mix

Caribbean Tea Mix2 c. unsweetened powdered instant tea
2 pkg. orange-pineapple flavored gelatin
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. coconut extract or flavoring In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until well blended. Store in an airtight container. Stir 2 level Tbsp. tea mix into 6 oz. hot water. Makes approximately 3 c. tea mix.
