The Aeropress Espresso Maker is an easy-to-use press-style coffeemaker which makes 1 to 4 cups of coffee or espresso in less than a minute. The total-immersion system of the unit permits extraction at a moderate temperature and a short brew time. The coffee is pushed out of the bottom of the press into the cup while all the volatile components stay in the grounds, resulting in a brew that is smooth and clear. The lower temperature and short brew time result in much lower acid level of the brew than other conventional brewers.
